2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Sync Time: It usually takes 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the first scan. Don't worry if the status doesn't change immediately!
4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For US Customers: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all logistics so you won't face any unexpected "Import Duties" or "Tax Due" notices upon arrival.

For International Orders: Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for local VAT or customs fees. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have concerns.
5. What if my package is delayed or lost?
We stand behind our delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or the delivery window has passed:

Check the surroundings: Carriers occasionally mark items as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before they actually arrive. Please check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

The 20-Day Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, we consider it lost in transit. At that point, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund—your choice.

We have a 30 days return policy for US customers, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.We don't have extend the return window during for the holidays.
Conditions for return: The items are not the same as shown on the website, damaged, or of poor quality compared to the description.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking fee
If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way or customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item there will be no restocking fee.

Exchanges
To exchange the product, we need to receive the product that you have previously ordered, after checking the condition of the eligible product, we will send you an email with instructions on the steps to change the product.

Cancellation
