4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

• For US Customers: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all logistics so you won't face any unexpected "Import Duties" or "Tax Due" notices upon arrival.

• For International Orders: Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for local VAT or customs fees. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have concerns.

5. What if my package is delayed or lost?

We stand behind our delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or the delivery window has passed:

1. Check the surroundings: Carriers occasionally mark items as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before they actually arrive. Please check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

2. The 20-Day Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, we consider it lost in transit. At that point, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund—your choice.
